Beaver Criminal Court Records

Beaver County, Pennsylvania Warrant Search

Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law allows Beaver County residents and visitors to submit a request to view, inspect, or make copies of government records, including warrant-related information created and maintained by government agencies, unless an exemption, privilege, court order, or other law allows withholding.

Pennsylvania Rule of Criminal Procedure 513 makes arrest warrants available to the public once the issuing authority receives notice that the warrant has been executed, or once 72 hours have passed from issuance, unless the warrant is sealed. Under Pa.R.Crim.P. 513.1, sealed arrest-warrant information is not made available for public inspection while the sealing order remains in effect.

For search warrants, Pennsylvania Rule of Criminal Procedure 212 limits public access to search warrants and supporting affidavits until the warrant has been executed.
